I just wanted to tell you about the wonderful experience I just had with your nurse Brandon. He transferred a patient to me this afternoon, and he was incredibly helpful. My assignment was very busy - lots of issues happening all at once. He was so patient and helpful - he put her on the monitor, he put her SCDs on, he hung a new bag of fluids before he left, and he even stayed to help me change the patient who had become incontinent. He also took the patient to her CT prior to bringing her up to the floor so I didn't have to take her down once she was here. I was incredibly appreciative of all of his efforts during this transfer. Transfers don't always go so smoothly, and during an overwhelmingly busy couple of minutes, it was a breath of fresh air to have his help. You have an excellent nurse amongst your staff in the MICU, and I wanted to bring this to your attention.
