Brandon was amazing from the moment I was transferred to CCU. He could tell that I was in distress and did everything he could to make me feel at ease and to try to get my breathing back. It was the simple hand on my arm telling me to breathe. It doesn’t sound like much to some people, but that helped so much since I was alone. Brandon went above and beyond to help me through not being put on a vent and was also so very good at talking with my brother to let him know what was going on. If not for Brandon, I am sure that I would be on the vent. Last night when he returned to work, he was excited to come to tell me how proud he was of me and how far I had come. Brandon goes above and beyond for his patients and explains things to make them understand what is happening during the process which makes it so much easier to relax and breathe. He is an amazing nurse and very comforting to his patients. He deserves as many awards as they can give him!!!!
