Every nurse/doctor/caregiver all did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable and informed in everything that was going on with my daughter's illness, but Brandon I feel did an extra special job. His bedside manner was very gentle and loving, and I believe he genuinely cared about her and wasn't just doing his job.
Brandon always made sure she had her Christmas music on and even sang her songs. I felt as though he cared for her as he would his own daughter. I was always glad to see when I came to visit her that he was her nurse. I'm sure that she wasn't the only baby that he cared for in that manner; when our babies are unlucky enough to be in the ICU at all its comforting to know that people like him exist in this hospital.
I can't thank you enough and just know your work really matters to parents with critically ill babies. Keep on doing what you are doing!
