I am a diabetic, but I have never used insulin. Despite the floor being quite busy he sat with me and explained the insulin and taught me how to handle my diabetes with insulin. He went step by step through the instructions and showed me clearly what I needed to do. He even helped me learn how to handle the insulin step by step as well. After our time together I feel more comfortable with the whole process. I can’t tell you how much it means to me that someone so busy gave me extra personal assistance.
