Brandon goes out of his way for both patients and staff. He volunteered to take a behavioral assignment from a fellow nurse. She needed to switch and he saw the need and volunteered as the patient had emotionally upset the previous RN. He always makes himself available to help! He embodies what great nursing care is all about. He thinks ahead and gives appropriate suggestions for the other nurses.
