Brandon Pratt, RN

After my dad suffered from a ruptured AAA, Brandon Pratt took exceptional care of not only him, but of my entire family. We never felt as though Brandon was rushed to care for my dad. When my dad began to suffer from delirium, Brandon took the time to explain what it is and why it was happening. Later on, I ran into him at the ice machine. He looked me in the eyes and asked me how I was doing. It was such a simple act that demonstrated how natural it was for him to go above and beyond.

Though my dad did not survive, Brandon provided my dad with dignified care, and he helped my family through an impossible time. For that, I am eternally grateful.
