Brandon is knowledgeable and compassionate in his nursing of my husband. He explained everything to me and my husband's daughter so well. He is patient, kind, and caring. Those are qualities that exemplify quality and dedication to me. I understand that Brandon is an experienced nurse and new to Baylor Scott & White. You have a great man on your team with him. My husband was in some pain following surgery so it was difficult for his family. However, Brandon was able to get that pain under control quickly and my husband is now comfortable. I, of course, do appreciate he never left his side until he was relaxed and sleeping. Brandon also explained everything in simple terms that we understand. I appreciate that. Thank you.
