Brandon went out of his way to plan my 2nd evening in the OCU and preparing for the colonoscopy. The following morning, shortly after setting me up with the gallon of meds, Brandon was notified that they were going to move me into the 2nd floor of the hospital. Obviously, an upsetting move at 9 pm in the evening. Brandon chose not to abandon me to a new care team. He personally moved me to the 2nd floor, with all my belongings and the colonoscopy meds! There were no nurses available when we arrived, so Brandon moved me in, made me comfortable, got me a portable toilet, and set up my meds and a timetable for completing. His care and concern made an otherwise uncomfortable situation as good as could be expected rather than simply turn me over to a new team.
