Brandy is a very experienced nurse with ICU, pulmonology, surgery, and clinical educator experience. Brandy exemplifies a nursing hero. When COVID-19 touched our hospital many were crippled with fear. Brandy was first in our department to volunteer for deployment and care for COVID patients.
Brandy has been working in the ICU as needed. Her experience in the Intensive Care Unit helped her to assist and write safety standards for radiology when coding COVID patients. Her example has encouraged and given other nurses the confidence to help where needed. She is a hero serving at the cancer center, 5T Med/Surg Unit, ICU, and volunteering for ER. Proud to say Brandy is a radiology nurse.
