When Brandy took over patient care for G we knew a little more about what was going on with him and our anxiety level was a bit more intense. Brandy made herself available as much as possible and kept checking on us to make sure we were doing ok. Once we had indication that G maybe transferred to WMC for a cardiac cath but that it may not happen until the morning this caused even more anxiety with G and Brandy not only spoke with us about our concerns, she was an advocate in his care to make sure we were satisfied with the decisions being made. Again, another exceptional asset to your team. Her patient care, knowledge, compassion and personality made our stay a bit less stressful considering what was going on with G.
