Brandy was caring for a patient in NCCU that had just received news that he had a terminal cancer. When the patient was discharged from NCCU, Brandy walked the patient to the pharmacy to receive his medications, but the patient had no money to pay for the medication. Brandy paid for the patient's medications so he would have what he needed when he arrived home.

This is what being a true nurse is all about, caring for the patient in every aspect, directly from the heart!
