I arrived a few hours early for my appointment. I took a chance that they might fit me in. The receptionist was very helpful by asking the nail tech if she could fit me in. She came to me about 2 minutes later. I don't know whether she cut her lunch short, but I do know she was very responsive and extremely courteous. She was very professional and completed the nail cutting quickly and used extreme care (no pain). She also offered a suggestion on how to treat the nail fungus on my toenails. Qualities I observed in my treatment; professionalism (excellence of treatment), attitude (smiling and courteous), offering suggestions about the treatment of my condition without being prompted by me, and commitment to serve. I was satisfied with my treatment, best treatment I have received in the Podiatry department.
