When Brandy is completing the preadmission screening on the phone, if she picks up the slightest hesitation in answering questions, a sigh, ruffling of papers or anxiety, she is able to make a complete stranger feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Brandy shares the information she receives through the preadmission process and shares it with the healthcare team so the patients have the safest and best patient care experience possible.
