Brandy Rouse, LPN

I took my daughter in to get her oxygen checked because she had dropped to 79% in the school drive line. Brandy was extremely compassionate and walked with us from the clinic to the emergency room. She reassured me along the way that my little girl was going to be okay and empathized with how scary the situation was. Her compassion at that moment blew me away because it isn’t something I’ve experienced from nurses very often. She kept me calm but also validated all of the feelings I was having. Incredible human being!
