I would like to thank Brandy for her extraordinary care during my procedure. I was anxious about my surgery, but her caring, calming approach made me feel at ease. Brandy even managed to keep my mind off getting stuck with the IV needle by chatting about other things. Brandy was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a very professional way.
After my procedure, Brandy continued to make sure all my needs were met. She assisted me several times during my recovery and was very pleasant even though she was busy. I greatly appreciate her gentle touch and the excellent care she gave me. When it was time to be discharged, Brandy helped me get ready to go home. He clearly explained all the paperwork to me and encouraged me to read the information and ask questions. Several days after my procedure, Brandy called me at home to find out how my recovery was going. This made me feel so good to think she cared about how I felt. What a wonderful addition to your nursing team!
