Brandy is one of the most amazing nurses I have ever met. She was gentle and kind with my mother. But she was just as great with me. She explained everything that was going on in a way that made it easy to understand. She is a great asset to your health care team.

Brandy loves her job and it shows thru her actions and the understanding she has. She goes out of her way to make you feel as comfortable as she can with what goes on with your problems. She does establish a special connection with you and your family through trust and emotional support. Her decision making is very understanding and comfortable, like I am very hard to get my IV's started, my veins roll and roll, very deep and then blow. So I was in their with A-fib and I needed the drip now the nurses took turns like usual and just could get me, and usually have the guy in surgery start me cause it is hard, sometimes ER Nurses come up too. But Brandy did where they were at first getting blood for lab cause it is in my Right hand and I am right handed. My vein there is big so they decide to try that one but it was hard. She did not want to hurt me, just like all the other nurses too, but I needed the drip as of yesterday she got the big thing and that was great! She was very thoughtful doing her job. She made you feel as relaxed as you could, and she is good at that. She talks your mind off of what she is doing. She is beyond everything she does. So OSF St Mary Medical Center should be very proud happy they have her there as one of their nurses. She is the best nurse there and my mother has been a patient there about 4x's and she also loved Brandy too. So good luck Brandy you're the best!!!
