We truly believe that Brandy made our experience, as scary as it was, one to remember.
After a week being in and out of the hospital, I woke up in extreme pain; after getting to the hospital it was decided I would be induced at 36 weeks and 4 days because of HELLP syndrome. My nurse Brandy did everything she could to make my fiancé and I feel at ease during a very scary situation. She listened to my wants and needs, she gave me advice on how to ease my pain from labor and also my upper gastric pain.

After I gave birth, Brandy went out of her way to make sure our baby was okay. He was taken to the nursery for respiratory distress, and she knew how upset I was that I only saw him for a second before he was taken; she continuously gave me updates and took pictures on my phone until I was able to see him. It makes a huge difference when a nurse genuinely cares. She cared for me, she cared for my fiancé, and she cared for our son. We truly believe that Brandy made our experience, as scary as it was, one to remember. We will never forget her.
