Brayan took time out of his day to trim a patient’s beard and hair. The patient is a psych patient who has been here for several months, so his beard and hair had grown out quite a bit. Brayan also trimmed the patient’s fingernails.

What made this even more meaningful is that the patient wasn’t even assigned to Brayan—he simply saw a need and chose to help.

Later in the day, I walked by and told the patient he looked great. He was so proud to show me his hair, beard, and fingernails.
It was such a small act of kindness, but it truly made the patient’s day and went a long way!
