Breanna's peaceful, calming demeanor was much appreciated and helped reduce our level of stress during the stay.
Breanna was incredibly kind and helpful during our recent stay at Children's. Despite the warmth of the Children's staff, a stay in the hospital with your child can be stressful. Breanna's peaceful, calming demeanor was much appreciated and helped reduce our level of stress during the stay. Her ability to install the iv precisely and on the first time (one poke!) was impressive. She was exceedingly patient with our many questions. Finally, in the middle of the night, after mom was no longer permitted to feed our child ahead of the procedure, mom had a hard time comforting baby without arousing the appetite of the little one. Feeling helpless, mom needed assistance. As mom tells the story, Breanna swooped in and comforted the little one, holding her until the baby stopped crying. Thank you much, your attitude and work improved our stay!
