Breanna Rezac, BSN, RN

My father recently passed away at St. Francis and my family and I are so thankful that Breanna took care of him in his final days. She was just a Godsend to my family. Everyone who cared for him was great and bless all of their hearts, but Breanna has a different level of kindness, graciousness, and caring. She made a huge difference in dad’s final days. She was very gentle with him and really took extra time. She explained things to my mom and brother and was very honest with us. Breanna made all the difference in how my mom dealt with it all. As soon as Breanna came on her shift it was a relief to the entire family. She is wonderful and was a bright spot in a very difficult situation. She is very deserving of recognition for the difference she made in our lives.
