I brought my daughter to the ER for stomach pain. Ended up that she needed her appendix removed. My daughter, of course, became anxious and scared. Bri was our nurse and right from the beginning, greeted my daughter with a smile and a "let's get you fixed" attitude. Bri was great with my daughter's concerns and fears. She kept explaining what she was doing, what meds she was giving, what the medication was for and what would be happening next. When we found out my daughter (who has claustrophobia) needed a CT scan, Bri did an amazing job of explaining what and how it would be done.
She was attentive and went out of her way to see to my daughter's comfort whether it was adjusting the bed, fluffing her pillow or getting her another blanket.
Bri calmed her fears by chatting with her about school, friends, the "Squatty Potty" or anything else that she could think of. When it became clear that we would not be transferred as soon as expected (no room available at the next hospital), Bri kept us updated and informed as to what was going on, and she never once let the smile fade from her face the whole 5 hours we were at the ER.
I would just like to say that the nursing profession needs more kind, understanding and compassionate people like Breanne Mueller. Thank you Bri for being such a great nurse - you truly are an outstanding nurse!

Nurse Bri brings rays of hope and sunshine through painful and tough situations. Very comforting and attentive. Super sunny disposition. Excellent medical knowledge and experience relation. Exceptional confidentiality skills and remains positive and empathetic without being too strong presented or making little mistakes and constantly apologetic which is amazing. Great care!! Excellent mannerisms!
