I know it's not a good feeling for patients to be here in the hospital, so we have to do all we can to make them feel better.
Brechelle Nembhard took nursing to the extra level! Brechelle was great! She was always so helpful and sweet. It was a pleasure to have her as my nurse at night. She was constantly checking in on me to make sure I was all right. Great Nurse! The nursing staff here are all wonderful, but Brechelle is an angel. She is competent, loving, caring and gentle.

Brechelle Nembhard is that one nurse who lives the RISES value. Brechelle shows Respect to everyone - patients, and coworkers, both young and old. She always puts into consideration other people's feeling. She once said, "I know it's not a good feeling for patients to be here in the hospital, so we have to do all we can to make them feel better." Integrity - even when no one is around, she makes her patient feel like they are the only one. She is a very compassionate individual. Service - Brechelle is that nurse who has taken trips off the premises to get items that will make her patients stay here more comfortable. Excellence - she exceeds all that is expected of her, always goes above and beyond for her patient and her team. She supports every unit function day and night shift. (She works night). Stewardship - I have seen firsthand how she interacts with her patients, the pride she takes in her work. Brechelle never passes a call light, and not only does she answer, but she also performs the task that was asked of the patient. I have had the pleasure of working with her while we were short both nurses and technicians, and when it comes to teamwork - is there an award for that too? Have you seen how she walks, she means business.

It’s a pleasure working with Brechelle Nembhard. Brechelle is one of the most determined, focused, and driven nurses I have worked with. She holds herself to a high professional standard in all that she does and advocates the same from those around her. Brechelle is incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled, compassionate team player who consistently displays and promotes the highest ethical standard. Always goes above and beyond. One day, I remembered after her shift, she went to the store to buy a neck pillow for one of her patients. Her passion, the way she treats her patients, the family and her colleagues are greatly appreciated.
