Breland is such a free spirit who always keeps a smile on his face. The children are blessed to have such an amazing nurse who cares for their wellbeing. When floated to work on 5800 step-down, I notice that he does not complain about anything. If the children aren't feeling well, he does something silly and puts a smile on their face. If their parents are worried and just don't understand what is happening, he is there taking them through every step of the way. Breland loves to travel the world and every single time he comes back with something for the children. For instance, he had just come back from Florida with his bag full of stuffed animals. Breland is so approachable for whatever you shall need. Breland started off as a Patient Care Assistant so he knows how tough the floor can get. He is there for his PCAs when they are in need of his help. For the most part, Breland likes to do all of his patients cares on his own and will ask for assistance if need. Breland, I thank you for showing us what a good nurse looks like.
