What a stressful day for our family. Entering the pre-op room is never easy. So many questions, so much anxiety, so many things to remember! Brenda was a bright spot, meticulously gathering the info needed with a kind, gentle soul and smile. She brought laughter and giggles when it was needed most. She shared stories of her family and asked about ours. As my wife left with the anesthesiologist, she reminded me it was OK to kiss her.
When I think of a daisy, it is something that perks you up when needed the most. That is what Brenda did for us. You are lucky and the community is luckier to have a DAISY Nurse like Brenda.
