Brenda never missed any details. She was so sweet and caring. She made my stay here so much more comfortable.
During my stay at Riverside University Health System, I was here for 5 days. About 10 nurses provided care for me during my stay, and out of the 10, Brenda stood out the MOST. From when she clocked in until my last hours until my discharge she was on top of everything. The moment she got here she understood my situation, providing my care and needs. She went over everything with me including my medications and what they were for. She was on top of checking in with making sure I was comfortable. She was very efficient when I had questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she would go to someone who would answer my questions. She never missed any details. She was so sweet and caring. She made my stay here so much more comfortable. She was extremely attentive with me whether it came to questions, concerns, things I asked for. She was always very careful with me when it came to my care as far as drawing my blood, and in my case, I have tubes in my back due to kidney stones/kidney infection. She made sure I wasn’t in pain and checked my back for swelling, blood, or anything else that was abnormal. If she thought something didn’t look right, she made sure to address it right away with the doctor or charge nurse. She made me feel very safe and comfortable. I have never had a nurse like Brenda before - she was by far the most outstanding nurse I have ever had. AND she was 30 weeks pregnant (!!) which meant a lot because it shows how much dedication she puts into her job and she was never slow or slacking. Brenda is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.
