Emily and Brenda were very attentive to our needs throughout our journey. She and Brenda took as much time as needed to explain everything thoroughly and in a way we could understand. They both showed extraordinary and strong leadership skills while working under high stress situations. They both continued to treat our family member with the utmost dignity and respect.
