Brenda R Ford, RN, ADN

Brenda was such an Extraordinary Nurse. From the time we met her to the last shift with us, she made it her purpose to make me feel safe and at ease during my labor and delivery. She made sure my family felt at home and validated my feelings. Brenda was extremely professional in her care, and yet she kept our interactions fun and light-hearted. During my attempted tubal, Brenda held my hand and talked me through my fears assuring me that all would be all right. She was honest and upfront with me about what to expect and potential problems. When I asked for her opinion on which course of action to take in different situations, she respectfully gave me truthful answers. Brenda was so kind and loving; we appreciated her greatly!!

I am nominating Brenda because she really made me feel very welcomed during my stay. She was very patient with me and was very kind. I was in a lot of pain and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable as possible. She never got frustrated no matter how much I needed her. We simply need more nurses like her. She was wonderful and I want to say thank again!
