Brenda "Renee" Brown, RN

Brenda "Renee" Brown is an exemplary nurse. She was calm and reassuring. From the time of check in, my room was wonderful. Renee made sure I had everything I needed or requested. There was a Kleenex box on my tray without my asking. This seems small, but it was huge for me. In the past, I have had to request basics, and I may or may not get it. Renee reviewed the hospital book and menu. Usually, it is just provided, or I have to figure it out. She explained each step of my care and the testing that was done. Renee went above and beyond in helping me fill out my advanced directive. I asked for help, and she provided the forms and had a notary come to the room. I have asked many nurses in the past, and they never helped. Renee was calm, helpful and went above and beyond, and it was reassuring knowing if I had any questions, she would find the answer. She is truly one in a million.
