I want to recognize Brenda because of her positive attitude and her willingness to go the extra mile. She really made my first experience as a Mother a very pleasant one at Kaiser Roseville. She was very kind and approachable, and her laugh was contagious. It felt like I had known her for years, even though it was our first time meeting. Brenda was very professional, answered all my questions, and assisted me with anything I asked. She was also very considerate and always quietly tip-toed in and out of the room so as not to disturb me. Where she really shined was after I gave birth, I could barely move and obviously had heavy bleeding. She helped me to the restroom and showed me how to take care of myself and even changed my underwear and pad. When I was transferred to the Mother and Baby Unit, the nurse there told me how to change my pad but did not go the extra mile to help me change it, considering my mobility after birth. I was also surprised to receive a card in the mail from Brenda, which was really sweet. Thank you so much, Brenda for the best experience.
