...words cannot express how grateful I am to you and your nursing staff on 6I. Your support and that of your nurses kept me going during a hard battle concerning my son, Rogers Brewer and his various conditions, including TBI.

One of your precious nurses, Brenda Sanders, is especially to be commended. Her love for my son, under the harshest of circumstances, and her commitment to serve the Lord Jesus Christ by serving His poor hurt ones, is something I have never witnessed in my many years' experience in hospital settings. The fact that she desires to serve those with brain injuries is a tribute to her character and her faith. Many times she comforted and assured me that the behavior witnessed was a normal part of TBI, and she encouraged me with her kind words and loving treatment of my injured son. He will never know how much she cared for him, but I do. Lord willing, I will not forget her kindness to both us, and I know that the Lord Jesus has a great reward for her in heaven. Please let her know how grateful I am for her loving, caring heart and her skills as a great nurse. You and your nurses and staff, and your hospital, are in my prayers.
