Brenda Sheppard, RN
Brenda Sheppard is an excellent nurse who has been with the VNA for over 20 years. She is very caring, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Brenda is always willing to help the team in difficult situations and has mentored nurses as asked by her manager. I have received a letter from one of her patient’s daughters. In this letter, Brenda was described as a good listener, a knowledgeable nurse, and someone who cared about what the patient had to say. As per the daughter, Brenda always made her mom smile and feel like she is the most important person in the world.
