Brenda does an awesome job being an excellent resource to her peers and provides the best care for patients daily. She is always smiling and has a positive attitude. Yesterday, we had an order for a patient to come in and get blood. The whole situation was unusual for a Monday. Brenda and I both knew we would have to do some investigating, but without hesitation, she took the assignment. Brenda kept the patient's needs first and worked together to get all the players involved. She remained calm and positive throughout the whole situation. Brenda is truly a real MVP of Mercy.
