I had a bilateral heart cath this winter. I am deaf, but I can understand some speech if the person enunciates and faces me so that I can read their lips. Brenna was very competent and professional, but in my fourish hours in her care, she was extremely caring and compassionate. She explained everything that was going on and made sure that I understood. She is absolutely outstanding.
