Brenna Roshell, RN

A co-worker nominated Roshell for her extraordinary efforts in caring for a critical patient. According to the nomination, the patient could not be transferred due to poor road conditions. The patient required one-on-one care and Roshell encountered several challenges, including running low on the medications the patient required:

"With each challenge, Roshell worked closely with critical care staff via telemedicine to plan and carry out the needed care. Roshell's positive attitude and critical thinking skills exemplify her extraordinary behavior."

"As a critical-access hospital, we frequently encounter challenging situations due to limited resources, but as a group, we navigate those challenges to provide high-quality care for our patients.
