 Brent went above and beyond. He was not the nurse assigned to my grandmother, but he didn't hesitate to come when we asked for help to readjust her in her bed. As soon as he entered the room, he immediately put a smile on her face and made her laugh. He made a huge difference in the day and her mood.

My mother needed to be moved up in her bed. She is heavyset. After my sisters and I tried, we found Brent (who was not her nurse). He not only came, but he also had her laughing and asked questions about a rash he saw under her armpits that her nurse manager wasn't aware of. His level of compassion, I have never witnessed in a healthcare worker before. He didn't have to come help us; he could have easily called her nurse, but he chose to be a good person and assist! The world needs more of Brent. He is top-notch!
