I have never had a male nurse before. I liked the way he explained what medications I was taking before he gave them to me. I also liked the way the nurses discussed in front of me the change over to the next nurse who would be taking care of me for the next shift. I needed to use the restroom and at first, I wasn't going to ask him for help but he treated me with dignity by making sure I was covered so I wasn't exposed. He was very professional. He was kind and very considerate in the way he treated me.
