Brent went above and beyond our expectations while taking care of our dad/grandpa who had a stroke. He wasn't the easiest person to try and take care of. He was confused, agitated and had ICU delirium. Brent worked endlessly to keep him comfortable and safe. Brent went above and beyond his job expectation to help with the delirium. Brent got him up out of bed and wheeled him outside to feel the sun on his face. Our dad/grandpa loved it. He even waved at a truck driver. Our dad/grandpa is from Germany and Brent also tried to make him feel at home and try to ease the agitation by playing German music. This seemed to calm him a bit. The German music also helped calm his family who has been visiting with him. We really appreciate all the care Brent gave our dad/grandpa. He is a true role model for all nurses.
