While all the staff at the hospital during our (thankfully) short stay was incredible, Bri shined when it really mattered. She was clearly knowledgeable and put us at ease. She did not hesitate to jump in and ask how she could help with lactation and was thoughtful with her scheduled visits so as to prioritize my wife resting.

After a particularly stressful visit from overzealous grandparents, Bri found my wife crying in bed. She simply put her hand on my wife's shoulder, validated her feelings, asked open-ended questions to get us talking about it, and offered to just sit with us. As a leader in patient experience at a national healthcare provider, I found myself watching a Master Class in patient engagement. We heartily nominate Bri for an award!
