She is cheerful and confident, and she knows when to get serious, too. I am thankful she had my back.
I rode in an ambulance to the hospital with my husband. He was in kidney failure with a terrible UTI. Our world quickly changed to include emergency dialysis and overnight hospital stays. Just the second day in, I started having the worst headache. I went home to rest and rehydrate, but I ended up having a heart attack. I was placed in the CVCU, and Bri took charge of coordinating my care and knew I wanted to stay up to date with my husband as well since I am my husband’s primary caregiver. Bri spoke with the case worker in my unit to contact my husband’s case worker on a different floor so that plans could be made for him and I could have peace of mind about his care as well. She coordinated and worked behind the scenes, and I was able to visit my husband as she wheeled me into his room, which was three floors away. Bri went above and beyond to coordinate and take care of me during my stay. She knew my concern for my husband as well and made sure my husband and I were able to stay in touch and visit. She is cheerful and confident, and she knows when to get serious, too. I am thankful she had my back. God used her to bring me strength and rest. Thank you, Bri.
