Brian is an incredible nurse leader. Prior to becoming a nurse manager, Brian was passionate about leading and growing his team. When the time came, he jumped at the chance to become a formal nurse leader and took on the challenges of learning and navigating a new role with grace, curiosity, and excitement.

He’s incredibly passionate about nursing and challenges the status quo daily by asking tough questions and moving forward nursing practice and patient care. He’s the one I go to when I’m stressed and overwhelmed. Though we might end up discussing whatever (for far too long), I always leave the conversation inspired, empowered, and ready to get back to work.

He is always eager to take on and lead new projects while still remaining grounded and dedicated to supporting and growing his team. I feel very lucky to have been able to work with him and learn from him. Brian is a gift to this organization, Adventist Health, and the nursing profession.
