My father-in-law had a major open-heart surgery, and Brian was his nurse for the first 3 days of his recovery in CTICU. Brian was an Extraordinary Nurse. He was very patient and knowledgeable and took excellent care of him. This was a very vulnerable time for all of us, and Brian comforted him and reassured him that he was in good hands. Brian attended to all his needs in a professional and timely manner. He addressed all of our questions and requests with respect. We’re grateful to have had him as our nurse. My father-in-law still talks about how wonderful and caring he was and how he made a difference during the most difficult time of his life. Thank you, Brian, for your compassion for nursing, for your care and support, and for helping him get through the most painful, stressful, and difficult days.
