My 46-year-old sister was a patient in the ER. She was brought to the ER for grieving the loss of her husband. She passed out at home. Bringing her to the ER for the loss of her husband has been the hardest thing I have had to do. Brian showed so much compassion to my sister and I. Listen to her and made sure I was ok. He kept coming to check up on her. Made sure I was comfortable as I helped my sister through her grief. My sister expressed to me how amazing Brian’s bedside manner was. I thanked Brian a million times and he replied, I" am doing my job." He hugged me and that hug made a world of difference.
