Brian’s constant awareness of the mood of the unit has been a huge part of my comfort here. His insight and comforting demeanor definitely made my stay safe-feeling and relaxed. On a particularly rough day I was having, he brought me pictures of dragonflies (my good luck charms) that he took himself. I will be forever moved by that gesture.
