Brian was exceptionally nice and comforting. He explained every single thing that he was doing and told me what was going to happen later. He knew I was scared of this surgery and was always patting my hand and trying to calm me down. I felt like he never left my side, especially in recovery when I was in a lot of pain. I didn’t have to justify my pain ever. I just told him how and where I was hurting, and he took action to make me comfortable. When I was transferred to my room, I wished he could have stayed with me because I knew I was in good hands with him. He never made me feel weak or silly and he really just made me feel at ease.
