Brian placed my ultrasound guided IV when my vein options were limited for a blood transfusion. He was professional, polite, genuine, and overall a positive and upbeat individual. He made my ER experience so much more pleasant considering I was really having a rough night.
Although I am a nurse myself, Brian didn't hesitate to help explain the process thoroughly to my husband and me. Even though he wasn't my primary nurse, he said he would come back and check on my progress and he did just that. I know many nurses and Brian's care for me that night was exceptionally outstanding. If ever I had another emergency, I would certainly want Brian in my corner.
