I shadowed Brian for 2 days in the ED and witnessed his exceptional attitude, clinical skill, and knowledge. I was impressed by his friendly attitude toward everyone that he worked with and passed in the hallways. I've never seen someone who is so positive and friendly to everyone he sees! Even when he is busy! He is excellent in providing caring, safe, and professional care, and always was willing to teach and explain why things were being done. It is obvious that Brian not only loves his job but is also extremely good at it. Brian's clinical knowledge and compassion toward staff, patients, and visitors was extremely admirable.
