Brian Gaucher has excellent communication skills-- he constantly kept us informed. Whether it was what E should be doing or not be doing, to explaining the process of what was going to happen next, he was always keeping us "in the know." He went as far as telling us his schedule and always bringing in the next nurse on duty to do introductions. Brian took the time to relate to our son and make him feel comfortable. It was like talking to an old friend. He always seemed generally concerned with E's well being. Brian is an asset to your nursing staff and CHOP is lucky to have him.
