I am sending this message for the excellent service/care my family received at Kingwood Hospital. Last night around 7:30 my father was transported from his home to Kingwood ER by Liberty County EMS. When my mom and I arrived, Dad was being cared for by a nurse named Brian Howard. Brian was detailed yet compassionate. He displayed the assurance my family needed at a time we weren't sure of the outcome. Brian was on task and never wavered from his thoughts, skills or training. I look for these qualities and care in a caregiver as I own a Hospice Company and expect the same care given to be returned. My family was very pleased with the hospital as a whole and we highly recommend Brian for the DAISY Award as a recipient.
