I have always been particular about the timing of my father’s repositioning, bathing schedule, and wheelchair transfers. I had instructed the staff that when I call the call bell, I am expecting them to respond accordingly. Brian consistently exceeded my expectations by arriving a minute before the scheduled time. This truly impressed me. Brian’s proactiveness made a significant difference in my father’s care. The level of care that Brian provided is commendable. He demonstrated great organization and genuine commitment to his work. Not only am I extremely satisfied with his service, but I have also noticed that my father is calm, smiling, a sign that he is in comfort and happy with the care he is receiving.
