Brian Masters, RN

Brian was a perfect example of an RN who was totally professional and yet very caring and warm in spirit. My husband felt calm knowing Brian was giving him excellent care. We arrived at 1 pm and didn’t get moved to a room until 7:45. Brian, kept us informed every step of the way. He was eager and provide services to make my husband comfortable ie – getting him warm blankets (several times), getting him Sprite to drink, and even getting him dinner so he wouldn’t go hungry. He had a pleasant relationship with staff who came in the room. He even thanked my husband for his service in the Army. An excellent example for others to look up to.
